Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick‑up time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure may incur a penalty. If our services are cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund.
